Service specific terms:
Window Cleaning:
1: Upon receiving your appointment reminder prior to our visit, it is the customers' responsibility to ensure we have sufficient access to all windows on the property by unlocking all security gates etc. If we are unable to access any part of the property due to locked gates, we will clean the windows that we are able to reach. In this instance, full payment will be taken due to the fact we have allocated time within our diary to visit you on that particular day, and to carry out the job in full. The full charge may be reduced on the day, which is as the discretion of the company. We will not jump over fences, gates or walls to access any windows that are out of reach due to health & safety reasons.
Roof Cleaning:
1: By accepting our roof cleaning quotation, you are confirming that your roof is in sound condition, and is fully water tight. Although we carry this service out cautiously and with the utmost care, we cannot be held responsible for any water ingress that may be caused during the roof cleaning process, nor for any damage any water ingress may cause inside the property. Often customers' roofs have broken tiles/slates, or missing pieces in the roof that go unnoticed before the clean takes place, and these issues can be brought to light during the cleaning process, we cannot be held responsible for these events occurring. Any areas of roof that are visibly damaged will be avoided with our cleaning equipment, both for hand scraping & steam cleaning. If a section of roof is missed due to prior damage, we will be happy to return to finish's the job once these areas have been repaired, but there may be additional charges involved for a return visit depending on the situation and level/cost of work involved.
2: In certain situations we may need to transport our cherry picker over your garden grass in order to place it in the optimum position. We will always ask your permission before we do such a thing, but if you accept and allow us to do so, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be caused to the garden/grass area.

2: When hiring the machine to be used on public roads or footways, a permit must be obtained from the local council granting permission to occupy the road space at the time of the planned works. The permit will provide us with a set of rules and conditions for the use of out machine, including, if any, traffic management requirements and acceptable days/times the work can be carried out on. We cannot breach the rules set out with the permit at anytime, and must follow these strictly whilst on site.
3: It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is sufficient parking available for us to park/mount the machine in the appropriate place. The position of the machine is dictated by the working envelope of the machine (as well as the conditions set out by the council if a permit is required), the ideal machine position will be discussed during the quotation phase and will be relayed to the customer to ensure space is made available in time for the job booking. We cannot mount the machine out-with the designated position(s) granted by the council at anytime. If we arrive to the job on the agreed booking date to find the agreed mounting position is not available, the job will not be able to proceed and will need to be booked in again at a future suitable date. Please note, there will be no refunds in this instance and the cherry picker hire time will not carry forward for a second visit.
