Our owner has over 15 years experience in window cleaning, and most of this time has been focused on challenging commercial window cleaning projects. The majority of our time is spent servicing the commercial sector, and we pride ourselves on providing solutions to complex and challenging problems, whether it be dealing with the internal glass on a shopping mall atrium, or a builders window clean on a large hotel using access equipment, whatever the challenge - we have it covered!
We hold current CHAS & Achilles accreditation to show that we are pre-approved, and that we have a strong focus on our Health & Safety in your workplace - safety will always be at the forefront of our plan whilst carrying out window cleaning work on your commercial premises.
At the first point of contact, we will visit your premises to carry out a free site survey and quotation, at this point we will carry out a risk assessment to identify any risks that may be present during the project. Upon acceptance of out quotation, we will provide you with a method statement and risk assessment before any work commences which will detail the safe working practice that will be used to execute all parts of the job. We do this to ensure that our standards are consistently upheld, and to ensure that you have peace of mind whilst INVICTA are present at your site.
Our staff will attend in one of our new vehicles, which displays our company logo, and is fitted with our top of the range hot water window cleaning systems.
Our staff will be dressed in our company uniform displaying our company logo, along with the relevant PPE that is required for the work ahead. Our staff will be in possession of a hi-visibility vest, safety boots with a steel toe and mid-sole, gloves, and safety glasses. If our staff are working out of access equipment, a hard hat, safety harness and lanyard will be worn at all times. We will always ensure the safety of our team, along with the safety of your team too.
In some cases, and if the site allows - we will arrive out-of-hours whenever possible. This allows us to carry out our work with minimal fuss, whilst minimising the disruption to your business at the same time. If you require us to visit out-of-hours, or during off-peak times - please let us know during our site visit and we will do our best to accommodate this request.
We have £5 million public liability cover in place, which is the industry standard for commercial window cleaning.
All of our staff have been police checked, and have received window cleaning licences from your local council office to ensure that they are fit for the role.
